Yogakurs - YinYoga for beginners

Fall in Love with Yin Yoga !  

 

Yin is a unique and gentle practice designed to promote stillness, introspection and deep seated healing. Regular practice brings deep restorative relaxation, relieving stiffness, gaining flexibility and releasing stress.  

In this course you will learn about:

  • The different Yin poses which are mainly floor based and held for 3 minutes or more
  • How to use the breath to maximise your relaxation into and benefit from the poses
  • Working with props when you need to support your body
  • Finding the stillness within and feeling the poses
  • Yin yogas superpower to affect the facia of your body (Facia is the connective tissue within the body​)

 

Good to know:

  • Course starts on Wednesday 4 september 17:30-18:30

  • Language: english

  • Wear: soft comfortable clothes, no shoes but bring socks and a warm sweater

  • max 15 participants

  • 5 Wednesdays á 1150kr 

 

No previous experience reqired
