What you prepare ?

• 2-3 hours no solid food, ideally 4 hours empty stomach
• Set intentions about what to let go ex. irritation of oneself / sorrow of loss / emptiness etc.
• Some chances to have loose bowels, spewing, etc. It is coming from the divine support of cacao, please follow the guidance of your body and trust the power of cacao.
